ACCROOMS.COM guarantees the hotel rates available for this event will be the lowest available rate for the same dates, hotel and room type. This includes all online booking engines, AAA and AARP rates but excludes volume corporate accounts that may have annual contracts with the hotel/chain or unrelated group contracts. In the unlikely event you find a lower rate available for individual travel for the same hotel, dates and room type we will either match the rate, or allow you to cancel without penalty.
